GEAR LLC, has an opening for a Warehouse Laborer in Alcoa, TN
Overall Purpose: Acting as a laborer to machinist who work in the Manufacturing Plant.
Daily Duties typically assigned to employees in this classification include:
- Loading and Unloading Material
- Previous Forklift Experience is a plus
- Reading Tape Measure
- Measure Materials
- Use of simple hand tools
- Pull parts off line to check for quality control
- General manufacturing or warehouse work
- Follow safety guidelines and compliance of production standards
- Any other activity that might be required of the employee at any given time
Required Qualifications :
Physical Demands & Frequency:
- Ability to stand for extended period of time.
- Ability to perform repetitive or short-cycle work
- Frequent lifting, reaching, and handling
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Moderate twisting and bending.
Shift: Must be able to work Monday - Friday. Overtime will be required as needed.
- Must be able to work 7 am to 3 pm Monday- Friday
