Skilled Trades and Manufacturing Recruiter

GEAR LLC is seeking a full-time Recruiter for is Alcoa TN office. The rep will be accountable for identifying qualified individuals based on the needs of clients, developing, and growing a network of qualified candidates, and supporting our Sales team’s ever-expanding needs.

Major Responsibilities include:

• Networking in all skilled trades and manufacturing areas


• Build and develop strong relationships throughout these fields


• Prospect for leads to grow and develop new business


• Perform administrative functions critical to recruiting, such as interviewing, cold calling, reference checking, and onboarding requirements

A Recruiter must have the ability to work in a team environment, be self-motivated and goal oriented with a proven track record. A team player attitude is expected. We find that individuals who have a true passion for recruiting and commission-driven are the representatives who succeed with long term growth.

• Good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills along with the ability to prioritize activities to ensure client satisfaction is required.


• College degree desired, but not required


• Sales experience desired, but not required


• Industry knowledge is a definite plus, but not required


• Experience using Word, Excel, Outlook etc.


• Punctual & organization is key
